Manny first honed his superior people skills, empathy and clear communication style during 20 years in human resources roles. Noting the numerous parallels between helping people achieve their career goals and their real estate objectives, he pivoted careers to a role that also allows him to express his love for architecture and New York City living. Manny found success in real estate quickly, earning Rookie of the Year honors from the Real Estate Board of New York his first year in the business. Today, as a proud member of The Thrive Team at Compass, he shares his vast industry know-how and energetic mindset with buyers and sellers across the city, with a specialty in FiDi, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, and the Upper West Side.

Originally from Miami, Manny has resided in New York City since 2001. Today, he and his husband live in Chelsea, where they love the close-knit neighborhood vibe and accessible location. Fluent in Spanish, Manny is an avid traveler who has visited more than 50 countries. He also enjoys exploring the city, seeing Broadway shows and getting outdoors as much as possible. An avid runner and four-time NYC marathon finisher, Manny thrives on setting lofty goals and working tirelessly to achieve them.
