Hi, I'm here to talk to you about board package and reference letters, we get lots of questions about these so I want to make it clear, usually they're asking for a professional reference and a personal reference, probably multiples of those things. Professional references, someone you've worked with in an employer relationship or a colleague relationship, maybe someone you studied with and that is the kind of letter you want that's gonna reflect your your ethic, your work ethic, your responsibility, how you handle things in a professional world, in a professional setting. A personal reference letter is going to speak to your character, it's your friends, it's your family, it's people that have known you a long time and just can speak to how you are as a person, how you'll be as a neighbor, how you'll be as a resident of this building and possibly someone who's on the board or participating in the board of that building as well.
